The action is well crafted and fast paced and the plot has lots of twists and turns. We are also treated to a couple of overseas locations, the return of some characters from previous books and lots of new ones too. Adrian’s sarcastic wit and interesting taste in music all help to create a great character. It is certainly one of those books that you don’t want to put down. Another enjoyable read.

This was a great read. It’s not a story for the weak kneed. I have read all four books in the series and wish there were more.

This is another good addition to the Adrian Hell series. I loved that Adrian has a girlfriend in this book. He was by himself for a really long time so he deserves some happiness. It made the story a lot better because it added a vulnerability to Adrian so you don’t think of him as just a killing machine.
